We believe knowledge about the workings of the brain provides particularly valuable information which bears on a fuller understanding of ourselves; how we think, how we behave, how we feel, and how we love.

Mirroring the world around us, we are constantly changing, growing, gaining and losing capacities, defining, refining, and redefining ourselves. We believe one can develop tools to heighten awareness of these changes as they impact the nurturance and development of our bodies, mind, and spirit.
